Terms of Service

Reheart is an adult product intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18. We present a deliberate age confirmation during onboarding and record the time of that confirmation. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will terminate it and delete its data.

Reheart is a communication-practice tool. It lets you rehearse real conversations with an AI persona modeled on your real partner, within bounded practice sessions.

Reheart is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it is not an AI companion or relationship. It does not provide clinical, legal, or financial advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Reheart lets you upload material about another person — your partner — including text-message exports, photos, voice clips, and notes. This is personal data about a third party, and your use of it carries real responsibility.

By uploading partner data, you represent and agree that:

• you have a lawful basis to process that person’s data (for example, your own legitimate interest, or their consent where required by your jurisdiction);
• you will not upload data obtained unlawfully, in violation of a court order, or in breach of any agreement;
• you will not use Reheart to harass, surveil, impersonate, defame, or harm any person, including the partner you model;
• you understand the persona is a subjective model built from your perspective, not the real person, and not a prediction of their actual behavior.

You are solely responsible for the data you upload and for your use of the personas you create. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is processed and deleted.

You agree not to use Reheart to:

• create personas of minors, public figures, or people you do not have a genuine personal relationship with;
• generate, solicit, or distribute content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence including domestic or intimate-partner violence, or facilitates illegal activity;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service, or attempt to extract underlying model weights or prompts;
• circumvent rate limits, content moderation, or the 18+ gate.

AI responses are moderated, and certain inputs — particularly in breakup and goodbye contexts — may trigger a supportive safety response rather than continued role-play.

Practice sessions are paid for with credits (sold in packs) or included in a subscription (Plus or Pro). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial that converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Unused session credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than one credit has been consumed from the pack. Subscription charges are refundable on a pro-rata basis only where required by applicable consumer-protection law; otherwise cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Free trial periods are non-refundable because no charge has occurred. To request a refund, contact support@reheart.app.

You may delete a persona, a single data source, or your entire account from within the app. Persona and account deletions run on a short cooldown (24 hours for a persona, 48 hours for an account) to prevent accidental loss, after which deletion is irreversible. Source files are deleted from storage within 60 seconds of processing regardless of account status.

Reheart is provided “as is.” AI-generated content may be inaccurate, and a persona’s responses do not predict how any real person will behave. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reheart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make in real relationships based on a practice session.

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
